Charmerende tidligere lade i en fredelig beliggenhed på bakkerne omkring Montecatini Terme (320 over havets overflade) i Toscana.
Ejendommen tilbyder omfattende udsigt over dale og skove. Huset er for nylig blevet restaureret på en måde der har bevared de originale arkitektoniske træk. Huset er indrettet med et smagfuldt interiør.
Afstande: den lille by Monsummano Terme med alle slags butikker, spa (Grotta Giusti) og golfbane 3 km, Montecatini Terme 7 km, Lucca ca. 30 km, Firenze og Pisa 45 km, Siena ca. 110 km.
Til gæstebrug: dejlig privat møbleret have med udendørs højttalere og havebelysning, grillplads med brændeovn. Haven er i en panoramisk position med masser af frugttræer og inviterer til udendørs måltider, delvis over jorden swimmingpool (9,15 x 4,6 m - maksimal dybde 1,2 m), beliggende i en panoramisk position med bruser og højttalere. Vaskerum med vaskemaskine og strygeudstyr. Parkering på ejendommen (fuldt indhegnet med alarm). Alle værelser har aircondition. Myggenet på alle vinduer. Internet (WI-FI) i hele huset og alarm.

Første sal: 2 dobbeltværelser (satellit-tv) med privat badeværelse med bruser og smuk udsigt over det omkringliggende landskab.
Alle værelser har aircondition. Der er myggenet og skodder på alle vinduer. Internet (WI-FI) i hele huset og alarm.

Mooi huis en heel compleet, jammer dat er geen patio aanwezig is zodat je bij koelere temperaturen of regen ook buiten kunt zitten. Zwembad te bereiken via soort brandtrap, niet ideaal met kinderen. Zwembad ook te diep voor mensen met kleine kinderen (1.20 m). Weinig ligruimte bij het zwembad zelf en je kunt er niet omheen lopen. Wel mooi uitzicht. De weg naar het huis is steil en slecht. We hadden gelukkig mooi weer maar met slecht weer is dit echt een uitdaging. Niet aan te raden om te fietsen. Veel steekvliegen en af en toe hinder van hondengeblaf maar niet constant. Geweldige pizza oven en barbecue. Winkels en supermarkten in het dorp volop aanwezig. De maandagmarkt is heel groot maar veel van hetzelfde. In het plaatsje 5 minuten verderop is een mooi winkelcentrum met grote supermarkt (Coop). Veel mooie steden in de buurt. Ook de kust is zeer goed te doen.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Beautiful house and very complete, too bad there is no patio so you can sit outside in cooler temperatures or rain. Swimming pool accessible via a kind of fire stairs, not ideal with children. Swimming pool too deep for people with small children (1.20 m). Little space to lie down by the pool itself and you cannot walk around it. Nice view. The road to the house is steep and bad. Luckily we had good weather, but with bad weather this is really a challenge. Not recommended for cycling. Lots of biting flies and occasionally nuisance from dog barking, but not constantly. Great pizza oven and barbecue. There are plenty of shops and supermarkets in the village. The Monday market is very large but much of the same. In the town 5 minutes away is a nice shopping center with a large supermarket (Coop). Many beautiful towns in the area. The coast is also very doable.Vil du anbefale denne ejendom til en ven? Ja
Lovely villa, beautifully situated. Well furnished and the a/c in the bedrooms is fantastic in the hot summer months. We had a lovely stay here. One star deducted as the outside large umbrella over the patio dining table was broken before we arrived and not replaced during our stay. This meant, due the house's position - that there was no outside shade during the day - and it was far too hot in the direct sun to eat lunch outside. The wifi also stopped working a few days before we left, again wasn't fixed during the remainder of our stay. Aside from that, a pleasant stay.

We had a fantastic family week in the villa.
It is perfect organized with 3 bed rooms having their own bathrooms. The central kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to cooking and baking.
The view from outside dinning area is spectacular and a perfect ending of an evening viewing the sunset over the mountains.
Not least, is the relaxing pool area enjoyed by the teens due to the music streaming over garter speakers ;-)Vil du anbefale denne ejendom til en ven? Ja
As previous guests mentioned: do bring earplugs for the neighbour's dog(s) at night... And perhaps a high enough car to traverse the mountain road up there. All the rest was near perfection - they have a Sonos sound system all over the place, which is fantastic and wasn't even mentioned on the website. Cool pool, nice view, comfortable and clean rooms and so many little details, like descriptions on the light switches. Great place to have a great holiday!

The Villa was extremely nice and had all the luxuries of home. Plenty of room for 3 couples (we were 2 couples). Very comfortable beds with nice AC to keep you cool on the very warm nights. Very quiet and pool was amazing. Views are spectacular. Great working with Easy Reserve. Very responsive and helpful. The only issue we had and it was a major one.....the abutting property has 3 dogs and they start barking and howling around 2:30 in the morning every night. If you are a light sleeper....this is not the place for you. There were several sleepless nights I am afraid.

We had a lovely two-week stay at the villa. The home itself is spacious and comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well-appointed and we were able to make several meals and great coffee every morning. The outdoor space is gorgeous as well with a breathtaking view. Lena, who takes care of the home, was so sweet and accommodating and we were glad to have her nearby for help and advice. Our only complaint of the entire experience was the dogs that live nearby -- they are VERY loud and kept us up with their howling at night. Obviously not the homeowners' fault, but just something to keep in mind when you book. Everything else was just heavenly and we were sad to say goodbye to our Tuscan home!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle maison bien aménagée et bien située pour aller visiter les sites comme Pisé, Florence ou Lucca. Dommage que les aboiements des chiens de la villa voisine aient perturber certaines de nos nuits

The villa itself was perfect for our needs as each couple had their own facilities. The kitchen and lounge areas were quite adequate, although the 3 seater settee was quite snug with 3 people on. The air conditioning was much needed and proved to be efficient. However, the access into and the parking area itself were both tight, even with only 2 smallish cars. The olive trees around the parking area were in need of a good prune as the branches were resting on the cars. We were very surprised when we were approached by some other people staying somewhere nearby who said that the owner of the villa had given them permission to use the pool without speaking with us first. We never actually saw them again, but a bottle of wine and a thank you card were left by the door one day, implying that they had used the pool. We all thought that this was very cheeky as we had paid for the use of the pool with the villa. Apart from that, we all enjoyed the villa and area.

Bei unserem 2. Aufenthalt nach 2012 waren wir angenehm überrascht bezüglich der teilweise erneuerten Ausstattung des Hauses, Garten und Pool.
Einziger Makel war das nicht funktionierende WLAN.

The villa was exceptional and the view stunning. We really liked the fact that all 3 bedrooms had their own full bathroom, and the kitchen was very well equipped. This was a perfect place for 3 couples to have a reunion. Our only complaint was the vill advertises wi/fi and there was none . The wi/fi service is only available by finding Giuseppe, (the owner) and entering his house to access the service. In todays modern world where everybody seems to need access, this was unacceptable.

A very nice house, nicely furnished and comfortable. The house is located in the hills, far away from the city, so it is very calm and surrounded by the Tuscany landscape. The house has all the necessary equipment for everyday life (to cook, washing machine and iron table). The swimming pool is nice and big enough for kids to play. The landlord is welcoming and offered us a little welcome gift with olive oil, sweet Italian wine and Italian cookies. A place we recommend.

Beautiful location up high looking out over the green valley below. Very peaceful. Perfect for 3 couples or a family. We particularily enjoyed the large sitting room with a big comfy couch where we entertained relatives two different nights. The swimming pool is very nice but not heated. Giuseppe, the owner, was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location is convenient to Lucca (a beautiful old walled city), Pisa, Florence - take the train from Montecatinni Terme - Vinci, and San Gimignano.

wir verlebten eine schöne Woche mit drei Ehepaaren in der Villa Grazia. Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit, und der Besitzer Giuseppe war immer für uns und unsere Wünsche ansprechbar.
Die Aussicht über das Tal war sehr schön, die Lage des Hauses ist sehr exponiert, so dass man beim ersten Mal den Weg schon sehr beschwerlich findet, da die Wege oberhalb von Monsummano Terme nicht in den aktuellen Navi ´s enthalten sind. Die beigefügte Wegbeschreibung war aber sehr gut, so dass wir das Objekt gefunden haben.
Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist nahezu perfekt.

A beautiful villa, well maintained with fabulous grounds and swimming pool set in olive groves on the hillside. Friendly owners live next door who brought over complimentary olive oil and wine that they had made themselves. Beautiful terrace with barbecue. 3 large ensuite bedrooms-excellent property. The property and the owner were way above what we expected. The villa was absolutely magnificent and was high on the side of the mountain with spectacular views. Clean and well managed. The owner was a very kind and extremely helpful man who could not do enough for us. We would definitely consider returning here.

We genuinely ednjoyed the place and the owner was very accommodating. Our only "grumble" was that the pool is not conveniently accessed from the "sitting area" in the garden - steps down would have been much easier and made the pool area more "inclusive" (the existing access is walking down a gravel path... and the pool is not easily overseen from this sitting area)
