A private path of approx. 200m leads to the house from the gate.

The house is rustic, very cozy, ideal for relaxing - around the house there are 4 terraces or verandas where you can dine or read a long-planned book.
An area with barbecue and wood fired oven is also available.

On the top of the garden is the private swimming pool (5m in diameter, 1.20m deep) made of wood with nearby a terrace with sunshade and sunbeds.

It is about 9km to the sea of Lido di Camaiore and Viareggio.
