Mega schönes kleines Ferienhaus, welches alles bietet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 großen Hunden und alle waren rundum begeistert. Michele ist ein wirklich toller Vermieter, der jederzeit über WhatsApp mir Rat und Tat zur Seite steht. Beigeistert hat mich auch, dass es endlich mal ein italienischer Vermieter war, mit dem man sich problemlos auf Englisch unterhalten konnte.
Wir nannten die Unterkunft scherzhaft: Villa "Sorglos", da wirklich alles da ist was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Vom Spülmittel, über Spülmaschinentabs, verschiedenes Waschpulver, Espressokapseln, Grillkohle, Badehandtücher für die Liegen am Pool, Bademantel, Hotelschlappen, etc.
Wir fahren seit 2008 jedes Jahr nach Italien in die verschiedensten Ferienhäuser, aber so eine Rundumversorgung haben wir noch nie erlebt.Vil du anbefale denne ejendom til en ven? Ja
La casa è perfettamente pulita e comoda. Gli spazi esterni sono ordinati e il nostro cane ha passato giorni felici scorrazzando per il grande prato. La piscina è molto bella e pulita. Il proprietario sig. Michele è di una gentilezza unica e ci ha viziati con doni inaspettati. Abbiamo passato una vacanza indimenticabile e sicuramente da ripetere.

Wie immer war alles hervorragend bei Michele .Er hat sich wie immer herzlich um alles gekümmert.Er war immer erreichbar und steht's zur Hilfe.Die Hunde haben sich auf den großen Grundstücks was völlig eingezäunt war sehr wohl gefühlt.Der große Pool war immer eine willkommene Abkühlung.Wir haben mit 4 Erwachsenen und zwei Hunden einen sehr entspannten Toskana Urlaub verbracht.

We had a great time in Il Villino. The house is very complete, everything you can think about is available. The pool is fantastic and during the high temperature the airco is very welcome. Michele is a wonderful host, very hospitable and generous, he will surprise you. It must be said that sometimes there is a little nuisance of the highway in the distance, but it is nothing serious compared to the rest and the location is fairly private. Also considering the price we do surely recommend this villa!

Summary
An absolutely amazing small villa, brilliant generously-sized pool, wonderful situation with a most generous and friendly host Michele. You will not regret booking, it offers excellent value for money and we would be going back next year except it is so popular it is already booked.
Points of Note
The communal living space (lounge/dining room/kitchen) is cosy/intimate aka fairly small. Don’t anticipate whipping up any 5 course banquets for yourself. If you intend on eating out at restaurants a lot or dining on simple fare al fresco then this doesn't matter.
The villa is close (200m or less) to the nearby dual carriageway autostrada thus inevitably there is some road noise. This didn’t bother us that much, however if you are looking for absolute peace and tranquillity just be aware that when you sit outside you can hear (and from certain spots by the pool see) fast traffic almost all the time.
The Great Bits (of which there are many)
Actually almost too many to note.
The bedrooms are generous especially the master. The grounds of the villa are lovely, so well-kept, the best I’ve seen in a rental property. From the electric gates, to the car port for shade, to the solarium and covered outdoor eating areas, with BBQ, games area, on to the absolutely fabulous pool with recliners and steamer chairs and umbrellas everywhere for shade etc etc it is wonderful and maintained to the highest standards. There is also an ample supply of inflatables/toys for the pool, so don’t bother bringing your own.
The villa has a great situation sitting surprisingly high above the surrounding countryside and thus commanding some lovely views to the distance including Montepulciano.
Although not crazy hot when we stayed first week in June, the air conditioning in each living space works really well and is very discrete, which was a real bonus.
From start to finish Michele is a wonderful host, we were amazed by a constant stream of gifts and supplies that would appear magically on various mornings courtesy of our Food Fairy!! And also the magic pool that seemed to clean itself very early each morning – or maybe that was Michele too, whatever he’s great.

È appena terminata la nostra settimana di soggiorno al Villino di Cortona ed il primo pensiero è...speriamo di poterci tornare presto!Completo relax immersi nella natura, una piscina privata ed un giardino esclusivo da favola! I nostri 4 cani sono stati ben accetti e senza alcun supplemento di tariffa, hanno avuto anche loro una vacanza perfetta liberi di scorrazzare e frescheggiare in giardino! Non manca proprio niente, è tutto curato nei minimi dettagli e Michele ci ha coccolati e vizziati lasciandoci prodotti da gustare, semplicente...il TOP!!!

Ora che siamo tornati a casa dalla nostra vacanza di 14 giorni in Italia, sono lieto di sedermi e scrivere questa recensione sopra tutti gli altri. Il nostro tempo (5 notti) a Il Villino Di Cortona è stato veramente il momento clou di tutto il nostro viaggio. Michele è stato assolutamente favoloso, ci ha lasciato cesti regalo sul nostro tavolo all'aperto ogni altra mattina (che magnifica sorpresa!), Venendo in nostro aiuto senza lamentarci quando ci siamo chiusi fuori di casa sotto la pioggia battente, e controllandoci via messaggio per assicurarci che stessimo facendo bene. Inoltre, ha fornito una grande quantità di informazioni utili sulle aree e sui siti circostanti da vedere. La villa era completamente attrezzata, compresi articoli da toeletta, accappatoi, pantofole. Ogni dettaglio era stato curato e abbiamo così apprezzato la possibilità di chiamare questa casa in Italia. I letti erano molto comodi e non vedevamo l'ora di tornare da loro ogni sera di una lunga giornata di visite turistiche. I giardini erano bellissimi e, anche se eravamo lì durante la bassa stagione, la piscina e le aree del patio sarebbe sicuramente invitano durante i mesi più caldi. La proprietà è recintata e non ci sono state interruzioni dalle case circostanti. A parte la visita occasionale del gatto vicino (l'amavamo!) E il rospo molto grande che si godeva il riscaldamento sulle luci del vialetto di sera. La Villa è posizionata vicino alla città di Cortona, a 10 minuti in auto. Molto conveniente! Durante il resto dei nostri viaggi attraverso l'Italia, non abbiamo incontrato una situazione che è arrivata a misurare il bar che Michele ha ospitato a Cortona. Considereremo per sempre la sua famiglia e guarderemo con affetto alla nostra prossima visita con lui nel prossimo futuro. Grazie, Michele, per averci mostrato il meglio dell'Italia. [English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Now that we are back home from our 14-day vacation in Italy, I am pleased to sit down and write this review above all others. Our time (5 nights) at Il Villino Di Cortona was truly the highlight of our entire trip. Michele was absolutely fabulous, he left us gift baskets on our outdoor table every morning (what a wonderful surprise!), Coming to our aid without complaining when we shut ourselves out of the house in the pouring rain, and checking us via message to make sure that we were doing well. He also provided a wealth of useful information on the surrounding areas and sites to see. The villa was fully equipped, including toiletries, bathrobes, slippers. Every detail had been taken care of and we appreciated the opportunity to rent this house in Italy. The beds were very comfortable and we couldn't wait to get back to them every night of a long day of sightseeing. The gardens were beautiful and, even though we were there during the low season, the pool and patio areas would definitely invite during the warmer months. The property is fenced and there were no interference from the surrounding houses. Apart from the occasional visit of the nearby cat (we loved it!) and the very large toad that enjoyed the warming on the lights of the driveway in the evening. The Villa is located near the city of Cortona, 10 minutes by car. Very convenient! During the rest of our travels through Italy, we have not encountered a situation that has come to measure the one in Cortona. We will always remember Michele's family and look forward to our next visit in the near future. Thank you, Michele, for showing us the best of Italy. Unser wunderbarer Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus ist heute zu Ende gegangen. Wir haben mit Il Villino di Cortona das perfekte Ferienhaus für uns, unsere Tochter im Rollstuhl und unsere zwei kleinen Familienhunde gefunden. Der Vermieter ist ein so angenehmer und freundlicher Mensch, immer erreichbar, sollte man etwas brauchen. Der Service glich darüber hinaus einem Hotelaufenthalt...Handtücher, Bademantel, Pantoffeln, Beauty-und Pflegeprodukte und alle zwei Tage regionale Köstlichkeiten, Wein und Ausflugstipps. Das Haus und die ganze Anlage sind sehr gepflegt, der Pool ist ein Traum. Nach einer Woche wurde extra sauber gemacht, Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt. Das perfekte Rundum-sorglos-Paket für einen entspannten Urlaub! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist ebenfalls unschlagbar! Vielen Dank!!! :-) Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Der Vermieter ist überaus großzügig und gastfreundlich. Jeden zweiten Tag wurden wir mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten überrascht. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Darüber hinaus werden Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Bademäntel, Hausschuhe und Toilettenartikel gestellt. Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool sind in einem Top-Zustand un werden vom Vermieter liebevoll gepflegt.

questo villino è davvero perfetto per persone che vogliono avere pace dalla vita urbana. Ne traffico, ne troppa gente, ma abbastanza vicino dal centro per chilo cerca. È pulitissimo e i proprietari sono molto lieto ai dettagli. Di A a Z c'e tutto per godere il soggiorno. E i cestini con vini e docli erano sempre una sopresa benvenuta. Un complimento enorme ai proprietari mantengono questo villino con tanta passione e amore.

Eine Perle in der Toscana ist dieses kleine aber sehr feine Haus. Hier hat man Urlaub von Anfang an und es mangelt einfach an nichts in diesem Haus. Peinliche Sauberkeit und ein Vermieter der stets für seine Gäste da ist, das Grundstück und den Pool sauber hält und trotzdem sehr diskret ist und die Privatsphäre respektiert. Der aber auch seine Gäste immer wieder mit regionalen Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt und stets Tipps parat hält für Ausflüge in der Umgebung, Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten und vieles mehr. Wir fühlen uns hier immer sehr willkommen und wohl bei Michele und seiner Frau. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub in diesem kleinen Paradis.

Wir fühlten uns in diesem Haus vom ersten Moment an wie Zuhause. Nicht nur der Empfang war herzlich, sondern auch die diskrete Umsorgung während der gesamten Urlaubszeit. Die gesamte Anlage war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage des Hauses sorgt dafür, dass man ungestört ist und den riesigen Außenbereich einfach genießen kann. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen (nur das Sofa könnte mal eine Auffrischung vertragen). Die Umgebung bietet viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und wer gerne shoppen geht, kann sich im nahegelegenem Outlet-Center austoben. Wir wären in 2018 gerne wieder gekommen, aber leider war unser Zeitraum schon belegt. Vielleicht klappt es ja in 2019. Herzlichen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

The whole area was very clean and well maintained. The location of the house ensures that you are undisturbed and can enjoy the huge outdoor area. Se volete una vacanza tranquilla, rilassante e confortevole, questa è la casa perfetta.
