Private: natural state property 3'000 m2 (fenced), beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (above ground) secured (12 m2, depth 110 - 110 cm, 04.04.-17.10.). Unconventional pool shape. Outdoor shower. In the house: internet access. Linen change weekly. 200 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bakery 3 km, sandy beach "Pisa" 40 km, thermal baths "3". Golf course 20 km, tennis 300 m. Nearby attractions: Pisa 40 km, Lucca 50 km, Florenz 70 km, Volterra 30 km.

Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Beautiful view of the garden and the countryside. Facilities: baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, extra). 1 pet/ dog allowed.

What a lovely setting. So peaceful. And Signor C was a cheerful and welcoming owner who checked to see all was well. The pool is a welcome addition and a key advantage of it being above ground is that it warms up nicely. Perfect for an end of day dip. All the basics are there. Bed was comfortable. But spent most of our time was spent outside. Lots of shady or sunny spots to choose from, watching the wildlife. Local town Casciana Terme is not far away (walkable if you are fit - free parking if not) and has a small supermarket, bakery and bars and a good supermarket is not too much further north. Recommend a visit to the Spa baths if only for a coffee and a pastry overlooking the town square. The garden furniture has been updated also. Watch out when turning off the main road into the approach road. It's unmade and uneven but easily passable if approached with care. You don't need any damage to your hire car's underside. TV is in German only.
