Nice Tuscan villas for rent. 200-hectare farming estate comprising a restored farmhouse, situated close to the beautiful beaches of Rimigliano Park and to the Gulf of Baratti. The property offers 6 comfortable apartments for rent furnished in a Tuscan rustic style.
Distances: Suvereto with all kinds of shops 5 km, the charming little town of Bolgheri approx. 30 km, Castagneto Carducci 25 km, Piombino (with ferries for the Island Elba) 15 km, Livorno 65 km, Pisa approx. 70 km. Siena and Florence are within 120 km.
At guests’ disposal: large furnished outdoor areas, swimming-pool (diameter 8 m – maximum depth 2 m – open from 15/05 to 30/09), barbecue. Laundry room with washing-machine, iron and iron board. Parking within the grounds. The access is via an unpaved road of approx. 1 km. All of the apartments are provided with satellite TV and private furnished outdoor area.
Extra services: on request baby bed (€ 50,- / per week) and extra bed (€ 100,- / per week). Maid service available by arrangement (payment on the spot). Pets are allowed by paying an extra charge of € 70,- / per week / per pet.
Arrivals on Saturdays between 16.00 and 19.00. Later arrivals will not be accepted.

Charmant lieu de vacances,très tranquille est entouré d'une magnifique nature.La maison typique de la toscane est très jolie.La piscine est vraiment un+ fort agréable pour les chaudes journées d'été.

We were very happy to find the villa almost exactly as we had imagined it from the photos online. Screens on the windows were greatly appreciated as we arrived at the height of mosquito season! The grounds were meticulously kept as was the pool, with the caretaker promptly on site every morning. From beginning to end, this vacation booking experience--and the vacation itself--have convinced us that booking online may not be such a bad thing at all. Thank you!
