Casa Torre is a Holiday Home in the town of Stiava on back of Viareggio in Tuscany.
Simple former farmhouse with covered dining area in front of the house and barbecue.
For shopping about 500m - in Stiava there is everything you need - small shops, bars and cafes, restaurants, boutiques.
The house is located on the terraced hillside, surrounded by 2.5ha olive grove, the last about 300m driveway on a dirt road (private, single track) you can park directly at the house or in front of the property.
The house has no heating and no internet. But an oasis of nature and tranquility, which is not too far away. The sea 8km away - just out, you can also ride a bike.
Private Pool: 10 x 5 meters and deep 1,50m.

The house Torre is three storey - ground floor: entrance with hallway - left dining and living room with fireplace, right the kitchen. In the mezzanine is a shower room. On the first floor 2 double bedrooms and a shower room. On the third floor a third double bedroom and a simple bedroom, which remains closed, can be used for an additional charge. A third room is locked.
Close and beautiful for a short trip: Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, Camaiore, Pietrasanta, Torre del Lago. Half an hour away - Lucca and Pisa, 1 hour: Florence or Genoa / Cinque Terre.
