Panoramic position. Lovely villa, with panoramic views, standing on the hills of the Valdichiana in a good position to visit the Tuscan towns and central Italy. From the villa there are lovely views across the valley up to the ancient town of Lucignano renowned for its medieval town plan which is amongst the most interesting in Southern Tuscany.

Olive groves and fresh woods. There is a large garden around the house shaded by tall trees and olives to one side of which is an oak wood with shady pathways meandering through it.

Pool and services. At one side of the garden a 6x12m swimming pool (depth 1,50m) with outdoor furniture, barbecue and sun umbrellas, and a five a side and volleyball field and two bikes.

Beskrivelse Interiør

The house adapting to land morphology is set on several levels.
Ground floor: entrance from the large porch equipped for outdoor dining, kitchen, sitting-dining room, two double bedrooms one of which with panoramic terrace, twin bedroom, bathroom with bathtub, bathroom with shower.
Going down an internal staircase we reach the basement, wide living room with sofas and stereo system, room with table tennis, table-football and other games, and laundry room. Possibility to entrer the basement also form a pergola on the back side of the villa.
First floor: with access from an internal staircase, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.

EQUIPMENT: Satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, oven, filter coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stereo, CD player, iron, Wi-Fi internet access, volleyball and small football field, gazebo, barbecue, table tennis.
