The house has 2 stories, three bedrooms (one single room and two double rooms), three bathrooms (one with a bath, one with a shower and one with only WC and sink), a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with a fireplace.
It has its own garden, as well as direct access to the large private park of the villa and to the river.
A satellite TV and internet connection (ADSL639kbps) are also included.
The house has an efficient heating system for the cold season. Payment for the heating will be paid separately, based on the gas used.
Linen and blankets are provided.

The property is in good location although some trafic noise as it is on road, but the back is lovely with the river and river park.
The villa is old and in need of restoration and a much needed 'face lift'.
Lots of stairs to the bedrooms so if you have heavy suitcases - no good!
Close to shops and Bagni Di Lucca is very pretty.
