La Melia

Holiday Home La Melia is located on the hills of Pistoia near Buggiano and not far from Montecatini Terme in Tuscany.
Nestled in a beautiful Farm run by mother and daughter made up of three houses and a wonderful pool. Two holiday homes (The Melia and Berso) are rented, while the large central house is of the owners who will be on site and available to customers over the weekend.

The location offers unique views across the valley from holiday home, from the pool and from the steps leading to it and offers a rest assured vacation being away from the city.

The property is very large. It is reached from the main road passing by about 500 meters of dirt road (not suitable for too low cars, sport or large ones) reaching the gate.
From here you directly reach the private parking space close to the holiday home and going up a few stairs to reach the house and the front door.
It is located about 20 meters from the main house with a beautiful lawn that divides them.
La Melia offers guests a covered porch on the right side with dining table, BBQ and panoramic views.
On the left, there is another porch, very private, covered and protected by ivy.
From here the view of the valley is wonderful.

The second house, about 90 meters is located just below and is completely independent.

The pool shared by the two houses is located about 100 meters behind the main house on a terrace with panoramic views. Here guests have sunbeds, umbrellas, a cabin to store their belongings and a shower.

The pool measures 8 x 4 meters and is 1.5 meters deep, open from May to September.

Beskrivelse Interiør

Entrance through the covered terrace and you immediately notice its rustic and welcoming style.

Here is an open space consisting of a dining area, sofa bed for two persons, TV with foreign channels, a small kitchen with two electric cooking rings, dishwasher, American coffee machine and electrical oven to warm up dishes.
Bathroom with shower.

Upstairs, also here we have a unique space with double bed, single bed and a reading corner.

On this floor there are two windows with mosquito nets, one with panoramic views of the valley.
