Piano Terra: Entrance leads into the living room equipped with sofas and armchairs, the living room is connected with the dining area with large rounding table. The kitchen is next to the dining area and it is fully equipped with gas stove (6 burns), electric oven, toaster, dishwasher.
it this floor there are the first two bedrooms, one with two single beds (joinable upon request), and the other with two French beds, direct access to the garden, both bedrooms have its own bathroom with shower.
First Floor: the access to the floor is by a spiral stair case situated at the entrance, there is one bedroom with double bed, 2 bedrooms with two single bed (joinable upon request), 2 bedrooms with two French beds. All bedrooms have its own bathroom with shower.
Annex: from the dining room a French door take to a big room equipped with sofas arm chair and working fireplace, the characteristic of this room are its large arch windows facing the garden giving amazing view of the Val d’Orcia hills.
